  If you're looking for someone to help with finding a home in the greater Phoenix area, look no further than Brian and the epicPHX team! He is extremely knowledgable of the area and his expertise to get an offer accepted in an incredibly competitive market is second to none. When I was initially looking into moving to the Phoenix area, I had absolutely no idea about what areas were good, bad, etc. I was initially looking for a rental and stumbled across a short-term rental and Brian was the renting agent. He explained it was a short-term rental and wouldn't work for us, but asked about what I was looking for and provided some great guidance right away. I have a Doberman, which made finding a rental nearly impossible, but Brian connected me with Ashlea on his team. After struggling to find something on my own, Ashlea was able to find a few houses for rent and checked them out on my behalf. She instantly built trust when she went to first house and shared her candid feedback about the condition of the house and its undesirable location. We had almost signed a lease to this house, but she luckily found another place that seemed like a perfect fit for us and helped us secure the rental sight unseen. Of course, the place was exactly as she had described and worked out very well for us. Eventually we did decide we wanted to buy a home out here, so got back in touch with Brian. As first-time homebuyers, my wife and I were nervous about the process and no clue what to do, but Brian was extremely patient in explaining the process and helping us along every step of the way. He took us around to quite a few homes, sharing his candid feedback about each and every one. I also sent over tons of homes that we didn't look at, as he knew they were bad areas or a bad fit for us. We went on a weekend to drive-by a few of these on our own and WOW, was he right! We finally found a house that we loved and he helped us structure a competitive offer that was accepted pretty quickly. The buying process was extremely smooth and Brian guided us through everything. He also provided several recommendations for contractors, handymen, etc for small projects we wanted to do once we bought the house. We can't thank Brian, Ashlea, and the epixPHX team enough for all that they have done for us! If/when we buy another home or investment property in the area, they will be the first call.
